The forest, the trees are vital for nature, to which we also belong. I find the variety of trees, their power and effect on us extremely fascinating. But how a small seed becomes a stout, ancient oak tree that defies all odds is simply remarkable. Trees have been one of my absolute favorites since I was a child and I am very happy to be able to bring this closer to other people in courses such as Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing).
