From May 25, 2018, the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) will also apply in Germany. I have SSL-encrypted my website etc. according to legal requirements, added a DSGVO-compliant cookie notification, newsletter/mail double out option, etc.

The short version understandable ;)

There are advertisements and links as well as cookies on my website. In order to make your visit to my website and my offers easy to use, a few necessary data are noted by the system or stored. E.g. I get the necessary email address and your name to contact you, after all I want to know who is speaking to me ;)

If you accept them in the settings, the system will receive information that will recognize you later (e.g. blog comments) or simply check which browser you are using. Embarrassing details are not retrieved. Promised. However, you can start my pages without any data and look around.

The cookies/settings are set by Wix, Youtube and social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. You can initially accept them, reject them or ignore them with the x. If you don't react at all or click on the x, the message will return every time you visit the page, but as already mentioned, you can also view my website without consent. Some things might not work that well. As a basic setting, all cookies etc. are deselected, except for the necessary ones.

Advertising includes my own offers, but also recommendations, in the purchase of which I receive a small commission if you order something via the links here. That's why you don't pay a cent more, rather less, because every now and then I'll draw your attention to special offers. For example, I use an affiliate program at Amazon. I hereby distance myself from the content and offers of these linked pages and their offers and cannot assume any responsibility for their content.

Now the official:

General information
The following information on data protection gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit my website/my video channel/social media channels. Personal data is all data with which you can personally identify yourself. You will find detailed information on the subject of data protection in the text below in the data protection declaration.

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
The data processing on this website is carried out by the website provider (Wix) and the website operator (I). You can find the contact details in the imprint.

Data protection
By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing, storage and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as the pages called up or the name of the file called up, the date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes (cookies), without this data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address, are collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis and only for useful purposes. Without your consent, the data will not be passed on to third parties, except for ordering purposes or in the event of legal action. I use your data, which is necessary, only for the respective purpose and nothing more.
Your data is only relevant for the processing of a course booking, order, contact and shipping of the goods (post or e-mail). They are also not used for third-party advertising purposes or the like. Your e-mail address will only be used for necessary and/or desired notifications. It is only used to keep in touch with you, to inform you about the shipping status or, if desired, to inform you about offers or competitions and news. Only necessary data is required for the sweepstakes. If you take part in sweepstakes, you agree that I may publish your name and possibly a profile picture of you on my website (HP, FB...). You have the right to have all of your data deleted at any time and, if you have registered, to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

This data is collected automatically as soon as you visit my website.

Facebook etc. have their own data protection rules, which I hereby point out and also point out that I cannot accept any responsibility for them.
My website is SSL-protected or encrypted. Your data transmitted to me will therefore be transmitted in encoded/encrypted form.

What do I use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior (how long have you been visiting, what is your favorite site, what country are you from...). I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. I treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Exceptions are competitions and your possible contributions in the guest book, on FB pages or similar.
If you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data I collect and what I use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Responsible body
The responsible body for data processing on this website is: www.wix.com
The responsible body is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).

Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent that you have already given at any time. An informal message by e-mail is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which my company is based.

If you request the direct transfer of the data to another person responsible, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to me, this site uses an SSL or. TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

Information, blocking, deletion
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time. Objection to advertising mails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, such as spam e-mails. Of course, this does not include applications or requests for a free review copy.

Data collection on my website
If you send me inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by me or in the system I use for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.
